aluminium radiator, with a/c (all welded) later style, with threaded sensor these radiators are a direct bolt-in replacement for the original, and will provide at least a 15 deg F. temperature drop over a comparable copper/brass radiator in top condition!
The vendor tells us that their radiators are more costly than others for the following reasons:
- We use 5052 marine grade aluminum which is 80 thou thick.
- Other use utility grade aluminum which is 60 thou thick.
- Our necks are 65 thou thick everybody else 35 thou.
- our radiators are finished to a satin finish no one else does this.
- It makes for a much better finished product.
- The core that we use is a special size made to fit the stock specs and costs double over a generic popular radiator
